Tomorrow sees the much anticipated game against near neighbours Scunthorpe United. It is only the second season in 30 years that we have competed in league games and so for many this will be their first taste of this local derby. There will be a big crowd and all the bars will be extremely busy and so please be patient and respectful to the bar staff who will be working flat out and get you served. The Lower Youngs bar will be open at 11am, all others will open at 11.30am which is when the turnstiles open.
We realise fans are feeling very frustrated at the moment about both on and off the field issues but the best thing we can all do tomorrow is turn up and get right behind the players. There is no doubt part of Paul Hurst’s team talk tomorrow will be about silencing the home crowd, let’s not give them the satisfaction.
Keep the faith
