Good evening all – Just a quick reminder that Joe Waters will be back at Blundell Park on Friday for a Q & A evening with John Moore asking the questions. This is not a Trust event but we know a number of members may be interested. The event has been organised by Dave Roberts and profits from the evening (after helping Joe towards some of his costs) will go to the Disabled Supporters Group, which Dave is actively involved in. As many of you will know Joe now lives in America and doesn’t get back to Grimsby very often and so this is a rare chance to spend some time with unquestionably one of the best players to pull on the Grimsby Town shirt in the last 60 years or more. This is a pay what you like event with £5 recommended, but if you are able and wish to pay a bit more that would be greatly appreciated.
As well as the Q & A there will be a short quiz plus raffle/name cards . There will be plenty of time for photos with Joe and to get autographs. The event is in the Trust Bar (entrance on main car park nearest to Constitutional Ave) and starts at 7.30pm (doors 7pm) . There are a small amount of meet and greet tickets available which includes pre event time with Joe (starts 6pm), buffet, reserved seats and signed framed photos.
