The Mariners Trust board express our disappointment at the removal of our members 5% discount on season ticket sales despite our requests for this to remain.
However we can confirm that, after consultation with the Club, we were able to influence a reduction in some prices that were initially proposed. This includes a lower price than 24/25 season for supporters who had previously purchased unaccompanied junior season tickets, applicable across the stadium – an age group which is vital to the Club’s future. We were also able to agree an extension to the early bird pricing period, giving supporters more time to commit to the 25/26 season during what is a difficult financial time.
We understand the losses that the owners continue to underwrite and are pleased that we have been able to influence the price of 25/26 season tickets to ensure increases remain as low as possible.
We will continue to work closely with the club and endeavour to ensure continuous improvement to the matchday experience whilst representing the supporters at all times.
