The trust are pleased to announce that we now Sponsor Beth Wharton, GTFC Women’s Centre forward, for the forthcoming season.
Yesterday 373 people attended Blundell Park for the Women’s team opening home league game against Dronfield Town in an entertaining 2-2 draw in which Beth netted both goals for Town, this follows her brace in the qualifying round of the F.A. Cup a week earlier.
The women’s team play all their home matches at Clee Fields and entrance is free of charge, they currently play in the East Midlands Regional Football League Division One North.
