Dave is a retired former Commercial Finance controller at Youngs, his first town game was a Cup tie against Portsmouth in 1966, supporting town since early 70’s and loves to travel. He has had a couple of stints on the Trust and has been involved 16 years out of the last 20.

Dave, sorry to hear you are leaving both the Trust and the Board of G.T.F.C, What are the reasons behind this:

The reason is to spend more time with my family, I have grandkids in Leeds & London and spend a lot of time visiting them.

What part of the Job did you enjoy doing most?

I enjoyed getting involved in anything that made a difference to fan experience, the community or directly to the club. Operation promotion, Fanzone, Juniors, The Play off final, tickets & travel, improvement in food and the Toy appeal etc.

What will you be doing in the future?

As well as family committments I still am involved in organising travel for the Disabled supporters club and representing them at the club.
