A great night was had by all those that attended the race night at the end of last month, the final figure raised during a year long campaign of events was a fantastic £3044.21. A special thank you to all those that made it possible.

Clive and I would just like to thank all of you who came along to the Sponsored Race Night last Friday and to the Match the next day.
Much fun was had in the Trust Bar, thanks to those on the night organising and same next day in McMenemys, we actually had our Wedding Reception there back in 1985 and yep it hasn’t changed!

We are overwhelmed by your kind generosity and love and support towards Clive and his ongoing health issues with the Dementia.
It was wonderful to see so many friends and family and to those we only met on the night and next day.
A huge thank you to Steve Davy and Dave Roberts who with the Mariners Trust made it happen.
I hope it’s not too long before we are able to visit again soon and definitely sample McMenemys Fish and Chips, no matter where we are, you can’t beat Grimsby Fish and Chips.
